LeHo – Learning at Home and in the Hospital – project is funded by the EACEA’s Lifelong Learning Programme and its main aim is to improve the education of students with medical condition by means of ICT-technologies. To reach this goal, among other solutions, LeHo has launched an online hub with national and international communities and sharing good practices on it. The practices present solutions e.g on how to connect the student who is staying at home or in the hospital with their regular class. To read more about LeHo, its plans and achievements, visit the online hub (http://www.lehoproject.eu/) and read the recently published report about the LeHo activities (http://www.lehoproject.eu/jdownloads/Public/International%20community/Le...)
